Admissions Step by Step:

1. Fill out the online Admission form or printable pdf version.
2. Fill out the Verification of Benefits.
Call us or fill out our confidential online form to verify your insurance coverage. Most plans cover the majority of treatment costs for substance abuse treatment, whereas others might require a small out-of-pocket fee.
3. A Clinical Assessment
An assessment helps us understand how substance use or mental health issues have impacted and may currently be affecting your life. Your Level of Care treatment is based on the clinical assessment of risk levels defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
4. Treatment Plan
After the Level of Care is determined by the Clinical Assessment, your personalized treatment plan will be created to assist you with your needs, particularly if you require residential support housing.
