Intensive (IOP) Outpatient Treatments

Our intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs are designed for adult men and women as a continuation of care, specifically catering to those with mental health services and substance use disorders. We provide adults with essential coping skills, stress management skills, and interpersonal skills for daily life. The frequency and intensity of our treatment services are tailored based on the clinical assessment of risk levels defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

After your assessment and enrollment in our program, you will be able to engage in our comprehensive treatment services.

Services include:

- Assessment and treatment planning

- 24-hour crisis services

- Clinical diagnostic assessment

- Substance use screening and monitoring

- Drug testing

- Care coordination, transition management, and discharge planning

- Physical exam within the first week of treatment

- Individual and group behavioral therapy

- Motivational enhancement

- Trauma-informed care

- Interventions to learn effective recovery skills

Recovery skills include:

- Life skills

- Stress and anger management

- Improving health and self-sufficiency

- Responsible daily living functioning

- Cognitive restructuring to address addictive thinking and behavior patterns

- Creating a network of positive sober supports

Our case managers work collaboratively to connect clients with vital services and resources in our communities, ensuring they receive the support needed for successful recovery.
