INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

Our IOP programs are designed for adult men & women as a continuation of care serving those with Mental Health and Substance use disorders. IOP treatment is 3 days per week including groups, individual therapy, case management and peer support. Providing adults with coping skills, stress management skills, and interpersonal skills for daily life. The frequency and intensity of services for treatment are based on the clinical assessment of risk levels defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

Physical exam within the first week of treatment

Improving health and self-sufficiency

Responsible daily living functioning

Cognitive restructuring to address addictive thinking and behavior patterns

Creating a network of positive sober supports

Case Management services:

Our case managers collaborate to connect clients with services and resources in our communities to help them succeed. 

All of our goals and treatment interventions are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect the client’s progress.
